The first factory of Steel Builder placed in Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province, 500 meters away from Cai Mep deepwater port of Southern Vietnam. This ideal location is the best for both transporting both by road and marine. It makes flow of shipping finished products more convenient to other places in Southeast Asia or other places across Vietnam, reducing cost of production and price products selling in the market. With capacity of producing 2500 tons of structural steel per month, SB is investing all the best technologies as well as human resource in order to upgrade that capacity.
Equipped with leading equipment from famous and prestigious manufacturers includes: Lincoln, Peddinghauss, Gook Do, Panasonic, Esab, Dama, Koike, … All process of design and structural analysis will be conducted using SAP 2000. TEKLA software used in deploying of accurate drawing. This ensure Steel Builder be able to carry out every kind of design requirement, from basic to complicated models structural steel.

Steel Builder taking all benefits from these modern technologies, enthusiastic and experienced engineer team, all designs of SB based on the US standards: AISC – 1989, AISI – 2001, MBMA – 2006, TCVN 37 – 1985, AWS Welding Society,… along with modern system of production will handover customer products at high – quality and in time. Steel Builder has a manufacturing process for steel frame houses that is managed by a computerized system ERP, modern tools and quality control of the factory using the ISO 9001: 2008 quality management system.
