The 42-52 Raymond Avenue project is one of Australia’s first large scale two-storey warehouse facilities at Matraville in Sydney’s east.

The warehouse will comprise nearly 20,000m² with the ramp access to the upper level, one-way vehicle circulation for trucks and cars, heavy-duty floor slabs, undercover loading areas via enclosed breezeways on both levels, and quality office accommodation.

The property is located within 500 metres of Port Botany, five kilometres of Sydney Airport and 13 kilometres of the Sydney CBD.
